Death-indemnity calculator (CIMA Code)
Indicative estimate for information only. Not legal advice. In a dispute, CIMA Code articles 257–266 and the judge/expert assessment apply.
This tool computes exactly the two heads the CIMA Code fixes as multiples of the annual SMIG: heirs' moral prejudice (art. 266) and funeral costs (art. 264, capped at 1× annual SMIG).
